  • 4-6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Kodiak Cakes Baking Mix
  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil to coat skillet

Instructions

**Use loaf baking pans (like the ones you make banana bread in) for the dredging.

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat while you prep the chicken.
  2. In one baking pan, pour 1 cup of milk. In the other mix Kodiak Cakes baking mix with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
  3. Dunk the chicken completely in the milk.
  4. Transfer chicken Kodiak Cakes mixture and coat completely. Place on a plate until each piece of chicken is coated.
  5. Pour olive oil into heated skillet to coat the bottom. CAREFULLY using tongs, place chicken in oil. Oil will be hot so be careful.
  6. Cook each side for 2-5 minutes, until crispy. Cut into the thickest chicken breast to make sure it’s cooked all the way through.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.

8. Put angel hair pasta into boiling water and cook according to package.
9. Place angel hair pasta on the bottom of large serving bowl. Put the chicken and sauce on top.
